The location was great!
The heated pool was not heated at all.
The location was great. The heated pool was not heated in any way. The beds were in poor shape, so much so that we had to find pieces of wood out in the woods behind the hotel to put under the feet of the bed to make them level. Overall for the price we paid, we got was expected.

The rooms were large and there was plenty of open space in the rooms.
The shower in the bathroom was cracked.
This hotel was great for the price.
The rooms were spacious and clean. There was plenty of free space in the rooms.

The room was fairly large.
Not attractive, free breakfast was so-so and the place was somewhat depressing.
Breakfast was typical coffee and carbs (bread, toast and bagels), that's all. Room was bland, but the beds were in fact comfortable. Carpeting was ugly. Staff was at best unconcerned with your stay.

It had a whirlpool, indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
The overall experience.
This motel is definitely up to Howard Johnson standards, I was shocked. The beds are small, carpet is dirty and tattered. The swimming building with pool and whirlpool was of older quality. The microwave oven was just a micro thrown on the floor with a little perch to set it on. Only one shampoo bottle for 2 people for 2 night stay. The continental breakfast food consisted of a small wrapped sugary thing or a wrapped bagel that appeared most unappetizing - no cream cheese for the bagel, butter only. I did notice that the windows, tiles and shower area were newly furnished. read more

Location only.
Poor management, ice not easily available.
This is your most basic of hotels. The only ice maker is by the office, very far from most of the rooms. The coffee left in the rooms for the coffee pot was decaffeinated - as they were out of regular coffee.

Nothing to like.
Dirty, moldy, old, small rooms and bugs.
Avoid.
