We had an extremely negative experience due to the fact that there was no staff on duty when we arrived & no staff available when needed. On the second night of our stay we find our room locked with our luggage and personal belongings inside & no one available either by phone or in person. The hotel staff never did return my calls even though I left my cell phone number on their answering machine. We had to drive (at midnight) for close to an hour to find another place to stay for the night without toothbrush, medications or clothes to sleep in. The original mistake was mine; however we never even got a phone call or an apology from the staff the next morning when we went to collect our belongings. I now know the value of having someone on duty 24 hours a day. read more
