Great value for the money!
Great value for the money. Stayed in similar place a few weekends back for twice the amount. Close to outlet, quaint towns and Norman Rockwell museum. If you need a decent place to crash for a night without damaging your wallet, this is it.

Perfectly adequate, comfortble and clean for economy.
I would recommend this hotel if you want just the basics at a good price. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Very friendly owner and staff. Clean, newer carpet and mattress.
There was no fan in the bathroom so it got pretty steamy during showers.
We stayed at the Lee MA location. They had recently done some updating of carpets, mattresses and painting. For it's location, friendliness, price and ability to only stay one night was terrific. We have already recommended it to others and will continue to do so.

Best price in the area.
Poor condition.
While this was a decent room, for a fair price, it was not a good trip. I was bitten by bed bugs while there, and had to hire pest control when I returned home.

Dumpy. Room was cold. Took heat 45 minutes to warm up room.
Rooms were run down. Heat was off in room when we arrived and didn't work correctly. Had to go back to front desk for him to tell us the "trick" to getting the heater to work. We froze our butts off for 45 minutes. Shower was poor water pressure and made a loud squeaking noise.
