When I had an issue with my room, they immediately fixed it. They were very responsive.
The water pressure was down on the last day.

When I arrived, they did not have the room I needed, so they made arrangements to move my stuff to a better room the next day. When little things went wrong, they took care of it quickly and politely and took the pressure off me. This was great.

For a one night stay it was not bad. For anyone on a very tight budget, this hotel would be ok.
