Friendly staff, VERY clean, convenient location and loved the marble bathroom!
Under construction -- but it will be done by December.

Perfect place to stay! We wanted to see Salem so we stayed here -- took a $15 taxi into down to avoid drinking and driving and had the cabdriver suggest the best places to go, shop, and drink. Our room was spotless, free HBO, beautiful marbled bathroom, great water pressure,and strong a/c. Cannot say anything negative about it other than it has an unusually slow elevator.

Modern and clean. Beds were probably the most comfortable that I have ever had in a hotel.
I was under the impression (by hotel pictures) that there would be a hot tub.

A very nice place to stay. Clean and modern. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Very clean, staff accommodating.
My room was near the lobby, lots of noisy children, but it did get quieter as it grew later.

Easily accessible from highway. When I travel for leisure, I always stay at a 4 star or greater. When I'm traveling for busy quick overnight trips, I don't want the expense of a 4 star hotel, but I still require a hotel that is clean comfortable and safe. This hotel provided all that.

It was clean enough.
It was old and in need of update.

I expected a little more from Holiday Inn. The restaurant was only open until 11 am, which was inconvenient as there were few other options.

The food was bad, the bagels were burnt and like rubber.

The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were clean. It was a little difficult to get on the highway due to traffic and connecting intersection for Route 128 and the food was bad, however the restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent. We would stay there again.

I enjoyed our entire stay, room was comfortable and clean.
I did not like the location of the hotel. It was good proximity to attractions, but driving to and from the hotel on a divided highway a nightmare!

The hotel was priced right for what is offered and met my expectations. It was clean and comfortable; pool was great, close to Salem, Boston, and Gloucester. We had stayed for our honeymoon and were on a budget and glad we made this choice.
