Lost receipt, no help with replacement.

I lost my receipt and asked management for a replacement. I need the receipt for expense reimbursement. The management was not helpful at all. I gave them my confirmation number,date, and name.

Hotel room was dirty, not cleaned well and
also some public areas.

Hotel needs to follow up behind their cleaners to ensure the hotel and rooms are thoroughly clean. Our room and some public areas were not very clean.

The staff did all that was possible to ensure our comfort at all times. There was always someone to answer questions, solve issues, and provide comfort.

This hotel is well located, and is accessible to all events in the BOS area. The gym is nice, as well as the restaurant. Both were on site. All staff members were pleasant at all times.
