Staff was awesome, superb! very helpful, fabulous food.
A little pricey for the average person.

This is the place to stay when visiting Salem, the staff was very knowledgeable, the food top notch, rooms can go from quaint to extravagant, free computer access, newspapers, taxi calls. will stay here again.

The decor was lovely and it was clean.
The room was so small, it was claustrophobic. Terrible view.

Although our room was nicely decorated it was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. Our view overlooked the hotel heating and cooling systems, and the exhaust fans ran at a constant, unsettling hum. Because of this, we could not open the window. And it kept us awake. Based upon the floor plan provided in our room, we had the smallest room on the floor. The hotel had many large functions occurring simultaneously which is difficult to experience a relaxing atmosphere. read more

Great location for the sites to see in Salem. Older hotel but in great shape. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was good.
