Customer service exceeded my expectations.

I was hesitant to book my reservation with this hotel d/t the reviews that I had read, but once I arrived that completely changed. The customer service was wonderful, and there was not a hint of Smokey smell anywhere. The cleanliness of the room far exceeded my expectations!

Room cleaning staff performed admirably.
Had to rekey three times. Phone disconnected after last re-key.

No handicap parking at some hotel exits/entrances. Handicap parking not closest parking to main entrance. Hotel manager had intolerant attitude. Phone disconnected after last room card re-key. Generally, a poor stay and I am very dissatisfied.

When we complained about the smoke smell in room, we were immediately given another room. The front desk staff was very gracious.

The helpful directions around the city given by the front desk personnel.
No pool.

The personnel worked very hard to ensure our comfortable stay. They provided information necessary for our easy access to venues we planned to visit in the area but did not really know how to find. Great continental breakfast area, clean and well-stocked.

Employees were very helpful. Room had refrigerator, microwave and a huge TV.

The hotel completely surpassed my expectations and I would stay there again any time and recommend it to anyone.

The woman at the desk was very friendly/accommodating.
The entire hotel stunk like an ashtray - even the non smoking rooms.

This hotel is definitely not worth the money! Maybe if you are a smoker, you won't mind, but for non smokers, the smell is unbearable - even in non smoking rooms. We tried several rooms before realizing they all smell. Even the mattresses smell like an ashtray. Breakfast is included, but it's not a great meal. The only good thing about the hotel was the very friendly/helpful woman at the front desk. read more

No food for the breakfast buffet.

The hotel was good, they offered a full hot breakfast from 7-10 am. There was no food left at 9 am and may help in my decision to stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.
