Good location, very comfortable bed and clean
Small bathroom, breakfast crowded and not open late enough, fridge was loud, walls were thin, and other guests had loud children running in halls.
Overall the experience was adequate for the price, although I had to pay $10/night to upgrade to a bigger bed even though the only window overlooked the inside pool. Breakfast should go to at least 11am for late risers and guests with small children should not be letting them run up and down the hallways while yelling outside the rooms. Not everyone wakes up at 7am. Romantic couples should look elsewhere. read more

The location is great. Great for anyone traveling with pets.
We didn't get to relax with all the noises.
It wasn't a good experience. We decided to go away without the kids in order to relax. We were put in a room right in front of the swimming pool where the noise was unbelievable. Dogs barking and just generally loud. I can honestly say that we didn't get to relax. The room was also too dark no matter how many lights you put on.

The place was located on the main strip for shops and food.

The king size bed was incredibly comfortable.
There wasn't much of a food selection for the continental breakfast.
Overall, the hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and willing to help. The outside and inside pool areas were in good condition. The exterior of the hotel was well groomed. When I arrived, the staff was painting the outside of the building. All and all, I was impressed with my experience with this hotel.

A nice stay for the price you pay.
The hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and very large with free WIFI and a refrigerator. The indoor pool and hot tub area was excellent we traveled with our 4 year daughter who loved it. The breakfast included was good fruit, cereal, Belgian waffles, juice, small donuts and pastries. Staff was very attentive and nice. This hotel was a great accommodation for the price we paid. If you are expecting to stay at a glamorous hotel for $80 a night you will be disappointed, and should look for the hotels that charge $250 a night. If you are looking for a nice hotel for your family that is cost effective, clean, and fun then the ambassador suites is your choice. read more

That it allowed pets.
The manager and staff were not helpful at all.
Upon checking into the hotel, the desk clerk began arguing with us regarding our two very small pets. The argument escalated and we had to leave the hotel for a while tempers cooled. The manager and cleaning staff were all a family with their children running and at times screaming in the halls, breakfast area and front desk. The bathroom shower had quite a bit of mold on the ceiling and there were some outlets/lights that did not function in the room. I would never recommend this hotel - it does not look too bad from the outside, but the overall inside appearance, accommodation and service was disappointing.

The pool area was closed and the chairs and tables were locked up. Everyone complained that only 4 outside chairs were available.
I would not stay in this hotel again due to lack of outside chairs available. The entire bus tour at the hotel complained about this. Only six chairs were available under the front porch area and it was a beautiful fall weekend. Other hotels in the area had their pool area open to sit in or had placed chairs on the lawns.

Cleanliness of rooms.
Bathroom sink area is tiny.
Check-in was courteous and quick. We always used the back entrance so we really had no other contact with the staff. Didn't have to ask for anything as all that was expected was supplied. Check-out was also very quick, actually just left the keys in the room.

The location.
Dirty, staff was unfriendly, not up to my standards, pets allowed.
I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone. I do a lot of traveling and this is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in.
