It was clean, personnel were friendly.
Indoor pool was way too cold. there was no restaurant on premises as told there was.

The hotel was very clean, family friendly..At time of booking this hotel we were told that there was a resturant in the hotel.. something that we wanted.. there was not.. there was a Cracker Barrely within a very short walk.

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff, nice restaurant also.
A lot of kids running around the halls.

I arrived at 4:30, and checked into my room right away. The room more than exceeded my expectations for the price, I had one of the king rooms with a love seat also, the room was roomy and well kempt. The one downside, if any, of the whole trip was that I found it to be a little noisy in the hallways during the day as it seemed like a lot of young kids were playing in the halls, not really that big of a deal, but worth mentioning. read more

Clean and friendly - free continental breakfast was excellent.

Fairly new, very clean and friendly atmosphere - well worth the cost of a room. The free continental breakfast was excellent with lots of options (cereals, bagels, muffins, homemade waffles, etc.). I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is convenient to everything. It has a lovely decor and inviting common areas.

The rooms are very spacious and very well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the abundance of soft pillows was a welcome site to weary travelers. A convenience store, coffee shop and Cracker Barrel Restaurant, all located close by, made for a nice minute and a half (literally) walk. We have stayed at many places in Sturbridge each year and will definitely return here again! read more

The location was quaint but not dated, and the room was very comfortable.
The hotel did not provide enough amenities.

This was a very pleasant stay, and I recommend Sturbridge (a town I didn't even know existed) to any traveler. The Comfort Inn Colonial was a treat.

I stayed at the Sturbridge host hotel in Dec.06. This will be my choice in the future, meaning the Host hotel.

Mattresses need to be turned, pillows are hard lumps.

Clean attractive hotel, uncomfortable beds.
