Bed bug in the bed, worn out sofa.

You need to give customer option of not selecting the extended stay hotel for the quote. I would rather pay little more for regular motel than extended stay which have worn out sofas, etc.

It had a fridge and stove.
Even though I booked a NON-smoking room, they tried to give me a smoking one!

This hotel was okay. Nothing special. It was very loud with paper thin walls. I woke up several times in the night because of noise outside the room. The hotel is not very impressive or modern.

The location was convenient and the price was very affordable for a clean and comfortable room.
The hotel did not provide certain standard amenities (shampoo, clean towels each day).

It was very convenient to my business.
It was not clean.

I have stayed at moderately priced hotels that were much cleaner than this one. The lobby and elevator were dingy and un-vacuumed. I was afraid to use the microwave or coffee maker in the room because they were not clean. Would not recommend. P.S. I never write reviews, but I think people should know.

Apperance/Age/Cleaning

Over-all I was very un-happy with this hotel. It's rated a 2 star so my expectations weren't to high, but the hotel is gross. I put anti-bacterial lotion on just to go to bed and did not spend a lot of time in the room because I felt Gross. The whole hotel smells like smoke. I had a smoke-free room, but my room must have been near a smoker's room because about every half hour I would smell a ciagrette. This hotel should not be ratedc 2-star, but 1-star. Very dissapointed. read more

Nice shower head. Nice friendly staff.
Run down, rug stains, torn furniture, supplies lacking, stained towels.

We stayed at this hotel last year, and it was in much better shape. There were stains on many of the towels, there were not the usual supplies in the kitchen. We had to ask for many items that were suppose to be there, like hangers, glasses, cups, pots. The molding was falling off in the hall and there were big stains on the rugs. It should not be a 2 star at this point. The staff were very nice and there was ample hot water and an excellent shower. But the toilet flushing could be heard throughout the hotel. The chair in the room was falling apart. read more

Good location for business, if you have a car.
Ask for a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor!

OK if you plan to stay for long and you can use the fridge, kitchen, etc. Otherwise, don't even bother.
