Extended Stay Deluxe Boston - Woburn

I have been stayed in this hotel several times in the past .This time the front desk person was very rude and
I felt very unwelcome.

Acceptable if all of your neighbors are quiet.

The DVD player, blankets, extra pillows were missing and we were told the DVD player could be ordered and in two weeks from then, no other offer was made for this inconvenience. The toaster was broken and my son slept on the substandard fold out coach and there was old food underneath it, the room also smelled.

This hotel was very quiet and with clean well furnished rooms. Staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall this hotel was everything it needed to be- cheap, clean, and convenient. The DVD player in the room was a nice touch but the heaters were really noisy so if you are a light sleeper, watch out. We were a little shocked that there was no shampoo and conditioner provided in the room with the soap but that might be standard in this type of hotel (not sure since I usually stay at Marriott). The staff at this hotel was very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and very functional. No frills at this hotel but it is a great little spot for the money. There is a continental breakfast with bagels, fresh fruit and coffee. There are a couple of restaurants and a grocery store very close to the hotel and several more restaurants within a very short distance.
