It was close to where I wanted to be.

I did not know about the breakfast, could not see it in the lobby the first morning, only found out about it when I asked. When I went to the buffet style breakfast, my grand-daughter and I had trouble carrying our food, I asked if there were trays available, the answer was, "No, I only have one tray to bring cookies to the lobby, there are trays in your room". The second day, we came back to the room, the maid was finishing up the bed, turned to us, and continued to speak very loud on her cell phone, she had an ear piece in, I did not mind that it was not English, just the it was loud, and rude. I also noted quite a bit of dust in the bathroom. read more

It was a good location and had a very good breakfast.
Didn't have a pool.

This is a well run, clean, convenient hotel. The breakfast was especially nice. If you don't need a pool, this was an excellent place to stay.

The hotel was located in an easily accessible section of Woburn which landed itself perfectly for convenience of both access and relaxation.
They were doing renovations for 2 rooms and hydraulic cleaning of the driveway so the stay was noisier than I am certain that it typically is.

The hotel was new, modern, clean and centrally located for both convenience and relaxation. There were stores, restaurants, gas stations, movie theatres, farm stands and historic sites all within a short distance of the hotel. The hotel room was comfortable and newly renovated so it was appealing to sleep and work within. I enjoyed my stay and the hotel staff was very accommodating.

The afternoon or evening front desk lady was very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast staff did not keep the hot food hot and they did not wear latex gloves when handling food items.

The lady who was on the front desk during the swing shift, 3-11pm, was helpful in directions, changing our room, suggesting a place to eat, and just all around excellent person. She is a great representative for the hotel. The breakfast buffet needs to have a heated chafing dish, i.e. sterno underneath it, to keep hot food hot. The employees working this buffet should wear latex or some sort of serving glove when they handle food. read more
