The rooms were old, dirty and not accepable

Woudl not reccomend this hotel at any price. The rooms are old, dirty, and scary overall.

Undergoing renovations; dirty carpet in room; lousy coffee in lobby.

It was easy to find, arrived after midnight; staff quite helpful. Apologized for renovations starting at 9 a.m. in floors above our room. Hotel in obvious need of upgrading. However, the bed/pillows were very comfortable and the linens were of good quality; bathroom was clean. The carpet in the room had multiple stains, did not want to walk barefoot. We were gone by 9:30am the next day; did not see any public spaces or pool. read more

This hotel was run down. It reminded me of a roach motel. It was clean but dingy. Not what I would call a Crown Plaza Hotel. Very disappointed.

I've stayed in this hotel before and the room was acceptable. This time the room was very shabby and the windows dirty.

Room service came on time in the morning.
They called my room at 11.30 at night because they forgot to give me my credit card back.

It's a decent hotel that needs to be renovated but was well worth the low price I bid on the room.

It was centrally located and decent.
The rooms heater/AC ran all night long and it was extremely loud.

The hotel was fine but not a place that I would have to stay for any length of time. The heat/AC in the room was extremely loud and ran all night long.
