No non smoking rooms were available.

There was no non smoking rooms. The room we had was a handicap smoking. The smoke smell was the worst I have ever experience and I like going to bars and even smoke once in a while.

The pool was clean.
Everything but the pool.

Well their was mold in the room wallpaper falling down, the bathroom vent didn't work, the windows did not open, room felt dirty, staff was rude, lobby and halls had a smell that wasn't nice, if I had a choice to stay there again, I would sleep in my car.

The lobby was beautiful, warm and very welcoming. The staff was very helpful and happy to make my stay comfortable.
The construction that was right in front of the hotel. They blocked the entrance but were courteous and let us in. That is Michigan!

The atmosphere was fabulous and the staff very friendly. The room was clean and large enough to keep us comfortable. Pool and recreation area was relaxing and a treat after a long day on the road. I felt special during my stay at your hotel.

It was like stepping back in time, say - 1956!
For being a holiday inn, it really need a face lift!

Nice open public area.
Quiet time in public area was not until 11:00pm. I think that is too late.

Nice place. Convenient to hockey rink.

Convenient location & pet friendly.

Very nice hotel. Would definitely recommend. I was able to bring my dog on the trip, which saved having to board him, and the place was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was in a very convenient location with dining amenities right there at your hotel. There were great amenities for children. A very large indoor pool, hot tub and game room. This is definitely the best hotel in the area.
