It smelled like cigarette smoke all over. Disgusting.

This hotel is dirty. They still allow cigarette smoking in the restaurant which permeates the lobby. In addition, the rest of the hotel smells like chemicals.

The restaurant was more of a bar and should have been more family friendly in the type of hotel that we stayed in. The bands were inappropriate for the hotel setting with children.

The room was attractive, with very comfortable beds.
Everything was great.

We were welcomed by very friendly staff at the hotel, and given a lovely room. The bed was very nice, and the amenities in the room were everything you would like in a 3 star room. The breakfast in their dining room was good too.

Worked with us to get a first floor room upon arrival.

Check in staff were very accomodating when we arrived late and had a couple of requests that they did for us.
