I have stayed here several times - customer service is consistently excellent.

This hotel is relatively new. I have stayed here a number of times and always found it to be clean, with great customer service. The breakfast choices are minimal, but otherwise it is a great place to stay.

Clean room, comfy beds and great pool. Good front desk staff.
Not close to downtown area.

Our family loved our stay here - close to food and shopping but a ways from UM and downtown. Clean, quiet, and cozy room and beds. Great, clean pool. Helpful front desk staff.

Quiet location.

The hotel was on a quiet street, away from the noise of main roads and freeway traffic. It was so nice not to hear road noise in the room. The room itself was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.

Holiday Inn Ann Arbor is an attractive and exceptionally clean place to stay. It is easy to access from Interstate 94, and is situated near excellent shopping and restaurants.

Clean, good customer service, would recommend it.
Made a request for a roll away bed prior to visit and did not get it until asked them 2 more times and i had to pay.

Clean, comfortable and non-smoking a big plus, personnel accommodating and courteous and I would recommend it.

Excellent idea in having microwave and small fridge in room - great for family with young children to keep milk & yogurt and eat popcorn.
Pool is kind of small.

Everything is still new and in good condition - enjoy the details in tiles in bathroom and the picture frames in room - impressed with the small yet powerful microwave - wireless internet makes it convenient for travelers - best of all is having the convenience of keeping milk and yogurt and juice cold for small children and storing leftover in small fridge, and later heated in microwave while kids enjoy popping popcorn for snacks! read more

The room felt luxurous and spacious. The bed was plush and comfortable, the media center complete. We loved it!
I can't think of anything.

This hotel met all of our expectations - comfortable, well appointed,conveniently and safely located, nice pool and work-out room. It was also beautiful. We had a question about our air conditioning system and a repair man came immediately. Great service!
