Room was nice. Overall inside the hotel felt a little bit institutional. There were a pile of blankets thrown in a ball on the floor next to the room we stayed in. The next day when we left they were still there. Room was very clean. The curtains were nice because they blocked the bright morning sun.

It was great for the trip I was taking and worked out that it was close by.
It was about 40 mins from Detroit.

Not much to do while at the hotel and the vending machines were expensive.

The kitchenette.
Location and room seemed sterile, bed mattress thin.

The smell of Indian cooking, not my favorite, was prevalent in the whole building at the 8:00 pm hour that we arrived. Hey its life, but do I want to stay in this hotel again, not really but the manger was very nice. The area "Auburn Hills" where this hotel is located, is considered to be higher class if you live in Oakland county. The location is dark and hard to find. We turned around on this dark driveway as the road Dorid Rd is very dark. read more

Cheap, safe, and reasonably clean.
Elevator smelled like dog urine!

Being an ESA, the suite was well equipped with dishes and cutlery. Room cleaning is optional (extra charge). Aside from the elevator smelling like dog urine, the lobby, hallways, and room were quite clean. Front desk staff was friendly.
