Description of Country Inn And Suites Big Rapids
The hotel is located in the heart of Michigan just 2 miles from Ferris State University. Hotel is located close to snowmobile, bike riding and walking trails and within 10 minutes of the Muskegon River. Hotel features an indoor pool and whirlpool, deluxe continental breakfast, guest laundry, and complimentary local calls. Hotel also features spacious 1 Bedroom Suites and 1 Room Whirlpool Suites featuring a Private 2-person whirlpool with mirrored wall situated in main room area. The hotel does not accept pets. Only certified guide dogs are allowed, and guests must provide documentation. read more

Location was great. Bathroom and shower were nice.
Room faced Meijer's, so there were a lot of lights on at night, but the curtains helped.

It met my expectations. It was clean and reasonably priced.

As with any hotel the rugs were durty.

Easy access, close to shopping, room was very pleasant, bathroom had good lighting.

Key to side entrance didn't work.

Very clean and well appointed. Large room and bathroom. Seemed new. Nice breakfast.

Clean, Friendly, Descent free breakfast, good cookies and good coffee. Staff was very helpful and hardworking.
Had to smoke outside, bed wasn't too comfortable, but was adequate for the price.

I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area. I went with 6 teenage girls, the staff was very accomodating. Shopping and restaurants were close and the breakfast that was included was good and well stocked constantly.
