The staff was great. The rooms were clean but that smell of smoke always permeates the rooms.
Elevator rug was dirty, and smell of smoke in room.

Staff was great. All was pretty. Breakfast was accommodating.

Rooms nice size, good amenities, convenient location.
Booked into a smoking room and it STUNK bad!

Had requested a non-smoking room but were put into a smoking room and it was disgusting! The room was clean, for the most part. Room was large/spacious. Amenities were good. Locations was convenient to both Birch Run and Frankenmuth.

The rooms were very large and the hotel was fairly quiet.
We were booked into a smoking room when none of us were smokers and the room really smelled of smoke.

This hotel needs to purchase more luggage racks for it's guests. I was told that the hotel had only 2 luggage racks which were not available all weekend. Let's face it people go to Birch Run for the shopping and it's a chore after a long day of shopping to have to haul your purchases from the vehicle into the hotel room without a luggage rack.

The rooms were very spacious and clean! Beds very comfortable.
Nothing we disliked.

Looked to be fairly new. Carpeting was attractive and clean. There were elevators. Room was spacious with plenty of space for luggage and relaxing. Area for continental breakfast was roomy and comfortable. We will definitely return to this motel on our next trip.

Close to coffee hauls and frankenmuth. Quiet and close to shopping.

Excellent quiet and excellent service. Close to several restaurants and shopping. Beds were comfortable and clean, fully stocked with with ice machines and vending machines. Rooms come with refrigerator and microwave.
