Location!
You could hear every footstep from the floor above.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast. However, the noise from the floor above was excessive. You could hear every footstep made and the ceiling creaked every time someone walked over it. We did not sleep well here.

I liked that there was a pool, laundry, exercise & game rooms in the hotel, what else do you need.
I found the hot tub not warm enough and the towels at the pool were way too small.

This hotel is very nice it had a nice breakfast area the selection was good, there was a nice area to sit and watch TV in the lobby area, the one thing i thought that would of been nice is maybe there could of been a pot of coffee or hot water for tea at night time.

the pool water had alot of chemicals in it.

Overall it was a very nice place to stay. The breakfast was good and it was clean and the beds were very comfortable

Up to date, clean, quiet, maid staff very thorough, breakfast bar kept up well.
Pool a bit to warm and chemicals a bit much for no more people that used it.

I was traveling with my husband, 6 year old grandson and 87 year old mother. We all had a very enjoyable stay. My husband is disabled and my mother doesn't get around well, yet they were able to move about freely in the room, also in and out of the hotel. Grounds were very well groomed. If the table could have been a little smaller, then maybe an additional chair or two might have fit in the room. With four people and two chairs, that left two people sitting on the bed for snacks, etc. Was surprised to find a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Guess I missed that on what the amenities are. We put both to good use as our stay was for multiple days. read more

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel room and public areas were very clean.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, clean facilities, close to Birch Run Outlet and right off the freeway. The complimentary continental breakfast was great.

Great breakfast, front desk staff was friendly when we asked for extra towels.
One girl at the front desk not as nice as the other, acted like she didn't want to be there.

Nice & clean, beds were very comfortable after a day of shopping! The room had a microwave and refrigerator that I didn't expect. Room was spacious.

was very clean and everything was in tip top condition. room was ready for us and will stay there again

easy check-in and out. very nice breakfast buffet, room was ready and everything was clean and working for us.
