Impressive lobby.

Great find! Right across the street from Ford headquarters. Security patrols the parking lot at night. Excellent room service. Easy access to highway.

Great customer service. Very Clean rooms and common area.

Everything was satisfactory. We didn't have any complaints. The only thing missing was a shuttle to the airport, but they were a good distance away, nonetheless.

The breakfast hostesses were the worst that I have ever seen. Food was good though.

Lobby.

My cousin and I were travelling with our teenagers. We loved the hotel, just perfect for us. It would be nice if breakfast was included. The Four Seasons was in a good location, close to Dearborn and Downtown Detroit. We liked the huge lobby. The rooms were clean and staff courteous.
