The Econo Lodge and Suites, a Grand Rapids hotel is minutes away from the Gerald R. Ford International Airport and just minutes from downtown. This hotel is close to many area attractions, including the Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park, the Gerald R. Ford Museum, Van Andel Arena and Fifth Third Ballpark. The Lake Michigan shoreline is only 40 minutes from the hotel. We offer a free continental breakfast including Belgian waffles, bagels with cream cheese, a variety of pastries, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit and much more. The staff was great.
Lobby is nice, the room is nice, but carpet and bed need updating.

Bring your slippers the carpet is dirty. Besides that great for the price.

Everything was fine once we were given a non-smoking room which hadn't been smoked in. The first room we were given reeked of smoke. Our reservation was for a non-smoking room.

Loved the separate living room area and the mini-kitchen.
It was real hard to find because the sign on the road was not in place.

The room was perfect for my daughter and I. We loved the separate living room and the mini-kitchen/bar. The bathroom was clean with a brand-new shower curtain on a curved-out shower rod. The king bed was comfortable with nice linens. The continental breakfast was just average, but was included in the room price. It was available in a cute dining area. Check out was at noon.

Easy to find and every clean.

The staff there was every friendly and helpful. The room was more then what I expected. If I were to travel to the area again this is the hotel I would stay at.

Separate 'living' area with 2nd TV.
Carpet was stained in multiple spots.

Definitely worth the low price. No frills but a clean suite in a convenient location.
