Location! Plus very clean.
I couldn't "find" the toilet (ha); hidden behind a "fake" door.

The front desk lady was courteous, friendly. Plenty of bright white towels, comfortable bed, and nice pillows.

Very comfortable beds, had all the room amenities that I needed.
No complimentary breakfast provided - I was surprised by that.

We came as a group for a wedding in Grand Rapids and it served very well as a place to gather as well as giving us a good night's sleep. We were very pleased with it for the price.

Everything was just as it should be. Fantastic bed too!

Pleasant staff, lovely accommodations. Everything as it should be. There was no reason for not enjoying this hotel. It's better than my home, anyhow.
