Free Wi-Fi with easy access.
It was too expensive for what we got. More like a dirty 1 star.
My husband and I did not care for this hotel. Hotel smells like smoke (everywhere) even though there are signs all over the place that say it was a smoke free facility. Bathroom floor was dirty, tub and toilet had hair on it. Toilet has to be flushed 3 times in order to go down. One night, there was not enough parking spots for us! The hotel's parking lot does not have enough parking. There is no entry to the back of the building. read more

The hotel was clean, spacious and all we needed for a night on the road.
The food at breakfast was just alright.
I just needed this hotel for a night en route to Northern Michigan. The staff was super friendly during our late check in. The beds were comfy, the room was clean. The breakfast was so-so but overall I was very pleased with my very brief stay in this hotel.

Very busy hotel yet the staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean.
Would stay again for sure, hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool hours are very convenient and most hotel pool hours close too soon.

I was kept awake because the person above me was stomping all evening.
The hotel was fine. I would have rated my experience higher if I hadn't been kept awake by the person above me stomping back and forth until 1:00 a.m.

The pillows were soft.
The hall ways and elevator seemed grimey.
The Fairfield Inn in Holland Mich was clean but didn’t feel very inviting. The pillows were soft but the rooms seemed a little outdated. I don’t think I wouldn’t stay here again, but my wife thought it was adequate.

Solid 2 stars. Very comfy beds. Ok breakfast.
The Jacuzzi jets were not all working.
The first room we tried had a slow sink drain and all my husband did was wash his face! 2nd room's plumbing had better draining capabilities. Small pool - good for kids 12 and under. Super comfy beds. Great variety for breakfast. Would suggest to hotel to go with jimmy dean breakfast sandwich with sausage instead of bacon - will heat up better in microwave.
