Wonderful beds.
Heat didnt work right,found bolts and nuts in bottom of pool

The beds were great but the heat didnt turn off and we had to open window to sleep. We also found a bunch of bolts and nuts in the bottom of the pool. Not very safe.

I couldn't access the internet.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, however, I couldn't access the internet (other guests couldn't as well) I needed to conduct business and had to use the lobby several times. I was unconvinced and spent several hours on the phone with the Hampton Inn tech support. I often felt frustrated.
