The hotel was OK I was not at all impressed with the desk staff. I called prior to my stay since according to Priceline you can call for room requirements. All I was calling for was to find out if we could have 2 double beds since our 2 small children would be with us. The lady said they can't change the rooms that are just what your get with Priceline. Telling me only 2 people were supposed to be staying in the room. I explained that I did not have an option to pick how many people would be staying with me & that it said to contact the hotel re: room requirements. I told the women it was not an option that my children will be staying with my husband & me. She then rudely asked me if I planned to have my children sleep on the floor. I of course was not planning this. I had a travel crib & my 5 year old would sleep with us. The woman was not friendly & I already wished that I did not have these not refundable reservations! read more

The staff was very friendly and allowed my family to use the dining room after my sister's graduation for pizza.
For some reason the hallway outside of my room smelled like dead animal.
This hotel gets the job done, it isn't upscale but it's clean and friendly. Some of the bed linens were a little thread-bare, but they were clean. Room had everything I needed and the maid service was good (except the last day they forgot to give me new coffee - but that could be attributed to the table where the pot was being over-run by my toddler's dining supplies.) I think the overall best thing about this hotel was the staff's willingness to accommodate, everything from keeping an eye on my toddler while I loaded luggage to allowing my family to use the dining area for a pizza party after my sister's graduation. read more

The breakfast was excellent, a lot to choose from.
We had to change rooms three times because of a smell.
When I arrived they had booked me in a king size bed, I asked to change to two doubles, of course that was additional $ a night. Then we went to the first room and it smelled very bad then we asked to be moved to another room and it had the same smell, we were then given another room it did not have the same odor, but the front desk said I should not have turned on the air conditioner in the first two rooms because it made the smell worse, there should not have been a mold smell in the room. read more

The convenient location.
The bed was very uncomfortable.
We had asked for a late checkout which was okay with the front desk however at 12 o'clock someone banged on the room door and yelled, you are passed checkout time, which in fact we were not. It was extremely unfriendly and we would probably not want to stay or recommend this hotel in the future.
