The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not that good.

The hotel staff was great, the beds were very comfortable, the room clean. It was my grandsons birthday and they treated him extra special. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who asked.

Very clean, great continental break fast, liked spa pool and treadmill friendly staff.
I like to swim laps a longer pool would be nice but I was very satisfied.

Very clean room with comfortable furniture and bedding, the staff was friendly and answered all questions and was able to place another guest near our room. The price was excellent, we do have family in a small town near the Inn and we do plan to make the Holiday Inn our choice for visits and future stays. Keep up the great operation.

Was required to reuse wash cloths, towels : this is against Public Health codes.

The room was not cleaned after the second day. In addition, dirty towels and wash cloths were not replaced instead we were required to reuse the items. Had we used the dirty washcloths containing feces (bowel movement residue) the children would have become very ill. I have reported these conditions to public health and contacted (reported) my experience as deceptive and possibly fraudulent due to their first paragraph on the web site as stating their "cancellation policy" I have included names, times, dates to Attorney Generals of Connecticut, Michigan and Tennessee. read more

The room had a musty smell when you first walked in.

Good hotel. Beds were nice and comfortable.
