The staff was friendly.
Needs minor repairs in rooms; cleaner eating area.

The hotel overall was fine. I noticed several areas that could use repair. The area in which the continental breakfast was served could have been cleaner. The ants were crawling around on the floor near the trash cans. That was not attractive at all.

My experience was better. There's nothing I can think of.

But one thing, for the breakfast bar they need to check to make sure that there food is fresh. Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

Air-conditioning was good and great location.
White in a black area and felt out of place.

This was a great location. Management was good. Concerned about a lot of kids running the halls and security trying to chase them down. Somewhat disruptive at night possibly because of a conference or convention.

The decor was nice.
Beds too hard, no pool or hot tub.

I was less than thrilled with the sanitary condition where breakfast was. I was especially upset by the lack of honesty of the cleaning staff. I forgot my perfume and no one turned it in. I won't be back nor will I recommend that hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was very nice.
We stayed two days and had to ask for fresh towels on the second night. Fitness room was a mess.

This hotel is pretty nice. The rooms, hallways and lobby were clean. The continental breakfast was a plus. The only negative thing I experienced was that housekeeping never came to our room to refill toiletries or give us fresh towels. Also, my husband said the fitness room was in total disarray. Overall, I would still stay here again.

It was well located, and internet access was free.
I felt like I was staying in a motor inn.

The beds were old and lumpy. I called and requested a King smoking room and got a double nonsmoking. I called again when I got in my room and was told that I would get an appropriate room when available. That never happened, and I stayed in the double.

The location was perfect for us and it was a beautiful hotel.
We were on the 3rd floor and the room was hot in the evening and made it hard to sleep.

Location was great for our needs. The parking area was fenced in and we felt safe. The staff was wonderful. The only complaint would be the temperature of the room. The air conditioning on the third floor was not to our liking.
