The water park was wonderful, the staff was prompt and courteous.
The room could have been a little cleaner, we moved the coffee table and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned under in quite a while.

The extra Taxes added to our bill!!!!!!!

It was fine, but not worth the $150.00 we spent, when we thought the room was reserved for $99.00.

This hotel was great for taking a family to a water park, also the nice game room.

The room was very pretty and clean. Pool area was spotless and had lots of towels.
Front desk staff were rude and understaffed.

We read the past reviews and were ready if it was loud at night. We decided to go Sunday night instead of the Friday family in hopes that we would miss the party crowd and weddings. It was great. Just families and business people. I can see why it would be rowdy on the weekends with the bar in the pool area and the karaoke Friday night. The cleaning lady said they have a lot of wedding parties on the weekends, so that can be loud and rowdy. If we go again we'll definitely go during the week to miss that crowd. It was very clean and comfortable. Even though the front desk people seemed annoyed by us customers and overworked we had a blast. read more
