At Least, there was a Denny's out the back door for meals.
The lack of fruit on the mini breakfast bar.

Clean, close to freeway so a little noisy, but close enough to the Mall of America so we could use the Lite Rail to Downtown Minneapolis.

Dirty, said they had a pool but they did not.

The lobby gave me a high expectatioin but when I got to the room I was dissapointed with a full wall mirror and no space, no fridge, ciggarete holes in the cushons, very dark and small.

The staff were friendly and the room was attractive.
We complained that our toilet wouldn't flush on day 1 and had to use facilities elsewhere as it was never fixed.

Other than the lack of a plumber and the facte that they did not suggest that we be moved to another, more convenient, room, this was a nice hotel for our purpose - sleeping. We were on a shopping trip and didn't need much from our hotel.

Staff very helpful with business requests, i.e. faxing, copying, securing transport.
Continental breakfast was a little lack-luster.

I would suggest Microtel, when the trip is short and/or price is a large factor. It was clean, had friendly staff, and everything anyone could expect for the price.

The convenience to the mall of America.
Very small room no place to sit for breakfast, not comfortable did not feel safe.

We did not feel safe desk clerk did not give correct directions to hotel room was not comfortable very small. I was charged $1 for having a safe in my room which I did not use. I would not go here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, not the best lighting.
There was nowhere to sit and have our minimal continental breakfast.

Our hotel was easy to find, and the room was clean and the beds comfortable. We were disappointed that there was nowhere to sit and have our minimal offering continental breakfast. The bagel toaster only worked on one side, which slowed down the process and left other people waiting.
