Location and easy access to the highway.
Filthy hotel all around, including towels, when they provided them.
This hotel was fit only for those who would want a quickie or who only wanted to get a quick cat nap. The room was not furnished with a complete set of towels, so you need to bring your own if you want clean towels.

The location was easy.
It reminded me of a place that rents rooms by the hour.
You had to enter from the side entrances after 9pm. There were signs in the parking lot stating the hotel wasn't responsible for damages to your vehicle or stolen items. The front desk had plexi-glass and a slot where they handed you your coffee packets and a hole in which the spoke through. It needed to be deep cleaned.

Inexpensive.
Almost gave us an occupied room.
Needs new front desk staff.
