Great breakfast.
Smokey smell, check-in was listed at 2PM but wasn't able to check in until 4PM.

Requested a nonsmoking room but ended up with a smoking room. Check-in time was 2PM. We were there by 3PM and room wasn't ready until 4PM.

Great location & staff was awesome.
Too much chlorine in the hot tub.

Overall a really good experience. Their breakfast was great. Their staff were all courteous & helpful.

Room was nice, comfortable bed, convenient location, very clean.
The staff was extremely rude except for the ladies at the front desk during the day.

The hotel was nice, comfortable, and the hot tub in the room was wonderful. It was a great weekend stay with all the sites to see. Unfortunately the hotel cleaning staff and the morning workers around the breakfast area were extremely rude which was a disappointment. I will not stay at this hotel again for this reason.

The pool was great and the helpfulness of everyone.

It was very clean, it is also close to a lot of restaurants and stores and again I would like to say that the staff were very helpful.

New batch of flies crawling on bathroom floor on second morning.

I asked for a non smoking room. Room smelled like smoke and must. Did not have a refrigerator or microwave.

Sound level noisy, showers and slamming doors.

Staff pleasant and close to were we were going but sound proofing leaves a lot to be desired.
