Very charming, nicely decorated, helpful staff.
The hot tub and pool did not look nor smell clean.

It's is a great location, close to lots of interesting things. I've stayed there before and remember the pool and Jacuzzi being cleaner. I washed my suit after coming home and the smell is still somewhat there.

Comforting lobby.
Maid service was awful. They replaced towels and made beds only.

We stayed 3 nights and the room was never vacuumed once, nor was the shower cleaned.

Pool area was large and clean.
$125 per night was a bit much for this unit. I stayed at nicer hotels in the Chicago area for cheaper.

Although a bit confusing to get to off of I-35 this hotel was a nice place to stay. For $125 per night I expected a much better breakfast. A few pop tarts and a waffle iron does not a good breakfast make. The staff was courteous and the room was very clean.
