Microwave didn't work well in our room.

Very nice day staff at the desk. We had a blizzard happening during our stay, ice formed in our heater causing it become very loud walking us up at 5:00 A.M. Nothing was done about the problem until approximately 9:00 A.M. Would have been nice if a space heater would have been provided until it could be fixed. Perhaps we could have gotten more sleep!

The hotel looks nice The colors they choose are enviting.
The hotel could be alot nicer if they would wash the walls down in the rooms or paint them.Plus clean the hall carpets

We thought the people were freindly. The breakfast was good. The location is great. The pool is nice .

Front desk staff should greet you with a smile when coming in door.

For the price, okay. Does need some upkeep. Just a little lower class motel.

The front desk area was very warm and welcoming and also the economy breakfast area.
There is a outside area of the pool that had cigarette butts all over and the halls need some painting.

The people are very friendly and helpful. Also the rates were very reasonable. The room was nice.

close to the Mayo and easy to find
Noisiest place I've visited - ventillation, traffic, trash trucks

If you stay here be sure to get away from the ventillation system. So noisy it was hard to sleep. Otherwise, pleasant enough for the price.

It was very comfortable and clean.

We were doing tests at the Mayo clinic. They were very helpful to us to set up the shuttle and the breakfast was very good too. We would stay there if we have to come back again.
