Excellent location with covered access to the Mayo Clinic and shopping malls, convenient parking, friendly staff, clean and attractive rooms at a very attractive and competitive price.

The location to Mayo Clinic, not need to go out of doors with the sky walk system.
Pillows were labeled firm and soft all were firm, room was hot with no way to get air circulation.

Our bed was comfortable with the exception of all pillows were very firm even though they were marked as soft. Our room temperature control left a lot to be desired and the room stayed hot most of the time. Breakfast was good and convenient.

Conveniently located to the Mayo Clinic.
Extra charge for parking.

It is a fine place to stay if you want in the downtown area and if you are going to the Mayo Clinic. You can walk to the clinic without going outdoors and do not need your coat in bad weather. Very friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better, with more selection.

It's conveniently located in downtown Rochester. It's close to hopping areas, bars, and parking ramps.
Hotel room was extremely small. I felt like I was sleeping in a closet.

I didn't like paying an extra $10.00 to park at a ramp. The room was extremely small. I felt like I slept in a closet.

I took my mother to Mayo Clinic, hotel was very comfortable and great location for this.
Lobby of second floor.

Works well for the 99% who will use it to visit the clinic.

Not clean. There was a smoke smell in a non-smoking room.

They were not helpful with the problems I had with the room. The room smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. There was dirty linens and towels.

I did not like this hotel.
Too far from the hospital. Not as clean as others, uncomfortable beds and pillows.

The hotel was convenient to downtown, but the room was okay, the pillows and beds were uncomfortable. Weird coming in from the parking lot. Not the quality we preferred.

Friendly staff, they are remodeling, for some time I understand, but it is very convenient to medical facilities.
No cafe, no bar, and we did not see a pool. The hotel could be cleaner, free parking would be nice.

I was there for a checkup at Mayo clinic. The motel met all my needs, It's location is great for this purpose. The skywalk and subway makes it possible to access the clinic without going outdoors. Not bad at all for the price through Priceline.
