Granite bathroom counter tops.
They should have a complimentary breakfast.

Very nice hotel, we stayed there because of the close proximity to our convention in St. Cloud. Rooms were clean and many TV channels to choose from. Very comfortable mattresses too.

Really liked the river location- the dining area is attractive.
Hotel bar closed at 12:30 while downtown stays open till 2. The bartender was a little rude. Rooms were quite small. Very glad I did not pay full.

They provided a nice recliner in room for people who have to sleep sitting up.

As a person who has to sleep sitting up it is hard to find hotel accommodations. This hotel had a very nice recliner in the room which was a blessing for me. Plus it had all the other bells and whistles you expect from a good hotel and very friendly staff.

The location was convenient.

The room was tiny to say the least. The only closet was a small area inside the t.v. cabinet and the bathroom was extremely small. We were extremely disappointed because we stayed in this hotel last year and booked thru the hotel and the roomw as much larger.

Close to St. Cloud State University campus.
Outdated, small rooms, poor security.

This hotel is due for an update. The rooms are very small and the decorations look like they were popular in the early '80s. The security doors to the outside do not work. The parking is very limited past 6pm at night. This hotel is close to the SCSU campus.

We were pleased with the spaciousness of the room. We could smell that the carpet had recently been replaced. The lobby staff was very pleasant and efficient.

Location was wonderful, close to downtown and civic center.
To get to exercise room, had to go down one elevator and then up another.

This hotel is clean and well managed. The friendly staff will help with any needs. Set in the heart of St Cloud, the Kelly Inn Best Western is a wonderful place to stay -- especially when you are visiting on business.
