It was close to all the places we needed to go. It was quiet, yet centrally located.
Access was problematic. Web site could use better directions.

Attractive, quiet hotel in the heart of downtown St. Paul, close to cultural and government activities.

We loved the king size bed. It was super comfortable.
The light in the bathroom didn't work very well. Flickered really bad and hard to see.

We have been here several times now and it has always been pretty good. We really enjoy the shuttle service.

Room was not completely clean, dirty kleenex and someones ponytale holder was found.

The room was very nice and a plus with the joining rooms for traveling with children, we did find a ponytale holder and a dirty kleenex in the room, out in the open, very unattractive.

I liked about this hotel.
Cleanliness was very poor. AC was not working . Eventually, I changed my room within 30 minutes after checking in the hotel.

I checked out of the hotel 30 minutes after check in. The room, bed and the bathroom didn't appear clean at all. I was quite disgusted with the quality of the carpet. It felt like a 2 start hotel in a 3rd world country. I don't know if I have any recourse on this booking as i didn't stay in the hotel at all.

The noisy groups of young people that were staying there at the same time.

Very nice accommodations. Definitely would recommend or stay there on my next trip.
