Stay at the new Holiday Inn St. Paul East, just renovated June 2008! We are now completely smoke-free. Welcome to the Holiday Inn 3M Center St. Paul! Attractions nearby include: 3M Center (adjacent), State Capitol, Mall of America, Science Museum of Minnesota, RiverCentre, Xcel Center, Battle Creek Water Park (seasonal), HHH Metrodome, and the Minneapolis Convention Center. The Holiday Inn St. Paul East Hotel is conveniently located adjacent to 3M International Headquarters, 5 miles from Downtown St. Paul including the St. Paul RiverCentre, Xcel Centre and State Capitol, and just 13 miles from both the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport (MSP), Mall of America and downtown Minneapolis. The hotel features complimentary wireless Internet access, and a complimentary weekday shuttle service to nearby corporate offices. The television service in this hotel was horrible! There was no type of guide to see what was on, the channels didn't match up to what it said in the hotel guide and it cost $12-$15 to order a movie! It only cost like $5 on cable at home, I couldn't believe those prices! We called downstairs to get towels brought up twice and never ended up getting them.

Nice location, safe, nice staff, quiet and comfortable.
The tub had not been cleaned out.

The overall experience at this hotel was very nice. We were able to relax while we got our work done.

The staff was friendly and rooms clean - very comfortable beds.
The pool was small and the hot tub whirlpool jets didnt work.

Overall it met our needs of a night out for the kids to swim, but the pool was small and was overcrowded quickly. The hot tub whirlpool jets didn't work. The rooms were clean and comfortable and beds were very nice. Old style tvs and not flat screen TVs. Overall, it met our expectations but would not stay there again due to the small pool.
