Welcome to Holiday Inn Express Roseville, where a clean, spacious and comfortable room is waiting just for you. Totally non-smoking, the hotel is conveniently located off of I-35W and County Road C, and close to parks, shopping, dining and entertainment. Rosedale Shopping Center, Minnesota State Fairgrounds and the University of Minnesota are within a few miles from the hotel. Also, downtown Minneapolis, with its many cultural and entertainment venues including the Metrodome (home of the Twins and Vikings), Target Center (home of the Timberwolves), and the Guthrie Theater, is just a short drive south on I-35W. For our business clients, we offer single king rooms with a desk, ergonomic chair, high-speed wireless Internet access and copy and fax services. Also, a corporate shuttle is available Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., to businesses within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. The lobby area is pleasant with a nice layout accomodating to the guest. It's great to have a fridge in the room.
The rooms were basically clean and neat but in need of small repairs such as wallpaper coming away from the wall below the window.

Hotel not ideal for families looking to spend a lot of time at the hotel as there is not any pool or recreational amenties suitable for kids nearby. The hotel is well suited for business and other travelers looking for an upgrade from the basics...a bed and breakfast in a decent atmosphere.

Hotel is fine for a one night stay, so long as your not going to be in the hotel for anything more than sleep.

This hotel checked us out by mistake. At 1 am, another guest opened our door. The desk called demanding to know who we were and when we checked in. Everyone acted like it was no big deal. There was no apology, no contacting us by the manager. Nothing. There were many other incidents with desk clerks with bad attitudes. I would stay in hell before I would stay in that hotel again. read more

The front desk staff was friendly, thoughtful and caring.
The staff serving the continental breakfast was very rude.

Clean, friendly and thoughtful. Great location for us.

Close to mall and many restaurants - most of which deliver to the hotel.
Loud cars in parking lot early in the morning.

Convenient location marred only by the fact that many ramps back onto the highway were closed due to construction. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and a selection of firmness in pillows. Only negative were the classic muscle cars parked in the hotel lot that were fired up early on a Saturday morning.

Poor bed and misleading accommodations.

We selected this room for the Jacuzzi for our 25th anniversary. It was in the bathroom so very unromantic and small. The bed was very worn. Just felt mislead.

It was in a quiet location, it was comfortable, my girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay.
In the picture of the room when I booked it on the site it showed the Jacuzzi in the room but it was in the bathroom, thats about it, it was enjoyable.

It was an enjoyable stay.

Great Location, right off the highway. Located right next to a bread bakery. The smell was heavenly.
Staff goofed up my room key number.

A nice clean hotel at a good price in a good location. The breakfast was simple and good. It was everything I expected. I needed a place to sleep. I didn't need frills - and that's what this hotel provided.
