Stain and odor, air conditioner did not work 90 weather.

The floor had fresh pet urine on the floor. The air conditioner did not work.

Pleasant, nice, quiet, - friendly, helpful staff, clean - gal in breakfast area was very nice, helpful! great!
The only thing was no elevator to 2nd floor - hard to maneuver with suitcases., etc.

Had all accommodations I was looking for.
Room door when closed shook walls and made loud noise.

It was clean, updated, had amenities and comfortable. Would have been nice to have more rooms in the hotel that would have accommodated 5 people, 2 adults and 3 older children (19, 18, 15) so we could have been together rather than have two rooms.

Check-in was fast, efficient and pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and of good quality. Breakfast was good. They allow pets! Liked having wireless internet in the room too.
