The whirlpool/Jacuzzi bath in the room. The bed and pillows were comfy!
Shampoo and conditioner product was a combo (all in one). I didn't bring my own conditioner and conditioner within shampoo doesn't work too good.
My room was very clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was appreciated.

Comfortable room.
Too many college kids partying all night.
Ok for the younger crowds who aren't interested in a good night rest or concerned about the noise levels.

Customer service was excellent.
Absolutely worst beds I have ever tried to sleep on.
Only got about 2 hours sleep all night because beds were so small and uncomfortable.

Beautiful setting and good breakfast.
This is a lovely little hotel nestled under a bridge along the Mississippi River, with a lighthouse decorating theme, complete with red and white striped tower. Second floor river side rooms have little balconies overlooking a walking path along the river. The hotel is next to the charming historical downtown, and within walking distance of Winona State University and the Great River Shakespeare Festival. Many summer celebrations and a farmers' market are held on the levee park only a few blocks away.
The hotel staff is gracious and helpful - very calm and understated. Clean and comfortable. read more
