It was easy to find.
Poorly advertised and the staff wasn't helpful.

Very poor for someone that had low expectations to start with. I would just like for people to follow through with the things they tell you. Very unhappy with both the hotel anf Priceline staff.

Could hear noise in hall and in next rooms.

Would consider staying there again.

Close to little store.
The hotel also charged me for the room.

Would not stay again. Priceline charged me for the room for one night, then the hotel charged me for the same night. Will not use hotel again. Stairway and elevator felt as if the heater was on full blast.

Somewhat expensive to be so far removed from the attractions.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just right off the interstate.
The hotel will filled with ants and roaches.

This hotel has a ant and roach problem. This hotel has free continental breakfast. Well the problem with that is the cereal dispensers are filled with ants/roaches. The bathroom wall was peeling from the ceiling and the debris from the peelings were in the tub. We called the front desk ask the gentleman to send someone up, but there is no one except for him working at the roach motel. He would only rinse the debris down the drain, but refused to wash/clean the bathroom. read more

Beds were not too comfortable and sheets did not stay on the mattresses.

Comfortable enough for casual travelers. Many choices for the free breakfast menu. Nice extras such as internet service, cable TV, free guest laundry machines, and an fitness room.

The "whirlpool" was nothing more than a bathroom with jets.

Overall, the hotel was OK. IInstead of a whirlpool, the room has a bathtub with jets. Every other room I stayed in with a whirlpool had a 2 person jacuzzi. I was not happy.

Very clean, and convenient to shopping and casinos.

The Best Western Cypress Creek in Ocean Springs, MS is a hotel that I will definitely return to. The rooms were fresh and clean. The staff was helpful. The area was safe and convenient to shopping in Ocean Springs or the Casinos in Biloxi.
