Best Western Collins Inn & Suites

The hotel was nice & clean, with that southern hospitality.

The clerk told me that she had no rooms available. I proceeded to find a room, then called the desk again. She said she had no rooms. Two hours later I checked in, and an older gentleman told me that they had several rooms available all afternoon. If there had been any other options, I would not have used that hotel. I feel like this hotel, was badly misrepresented, by giving false advertisement, they did not have internet and no explanation to the problem. The maid service needs to be replaced. They need to exterminate the bugs. need I go on.
