Couple
The clerk told me that she had no rooms available. I proceeded to find a room, then called the desk again. She said she had no rooms. Two hours later I checked in, and an older gentleman told me that they had several rooms available all afternoon. If there had been any other options, I would not have used that hotel. Despite this poor introduction, the hotel was comfortable, easily accessible, if a bit high for the area. ...

Solo Traveler
I feel like this hotel, was badly misrepresented, by giving false advertisement, they did not have internet and no explanation to the problem. The maid service needs to be replaced. They need to exterminate the bugs. need I go on.
