We had to ask for bedding to make up the sofa bed. No blankets were available in the hotel.

Good value for the money. Safe location, clean rooms, good amenities for business travelers.

The location is OK, and the facility was OK, although obviously old. The staff (with the exception of the cleaning ladies and one of the front desk staff were unresponsive). By this I mean that I requested a chair for my computer desk since there was no chair in the room. The front desk promised to bring one to my room. One day later I still had no chair. I got one myself out of the lobby. They put me in a handicap room that had a buzzer that had to be pushed in in order for the door to open. Even then it did not open. After numerous attempts I took the key to the front desk. They turned the buzzer off. Then I could open the door. The movie box in the room did not work. I called the front desk and they told me to call the movie repair number. I did and they called the front desk who told them that no one from maintenance was there after 5PM, and that they would get it fixed the next day. I waited and no one came, so I mentioned this to the cleaning staff who literally went and got the custodian for me. He promised to contact the movie people and get a box no later than that afternoon. Nothing happened and no one contacted me on the status. I was in the room all day, so if anyone would have come to fix it, I would have known. I would never stay at this hotel again. read more
