The front desk clerk and her kindness is the greatest reason to return.
The mildew and mold in the room.

The check-in clerk is so inspiring, kind and uplifting, you forget you're a weary traveler needing a room and more like a family member who has finally made it home. She deserves a raise. The breakfast is good. The room however had a strong, moldy odor. The soaps and other toiletries were bad-smelling, cheap, and made our skin very dry.

My rooms were moderate. I feel like the amenities could have been a little bit better. The rooms looked somewhat outdated.

Toilet tank water was stuck open and running. Had rag inside holding down splash.

More like a 2 star. People not professional. Good location though. Bed was okay, not very comfortable.

No negatives to describe.

On the north side of Jackson right off of I-55. This was our 2nd Priceline stay at this hotel. We were thrilled when we snagged this hotel on Thanksgiving night.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast buffet was expensive and not very good.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were clean although the hallways always had a bad odor.
