The location.
The fact that the hotel room was so small and no privacy regarding the restroom.

Rooms are very small. Bathroom area is very small. No privacy regarding the restrooms. Staff was not helpful and sometimes even asleep. Staff should be more aware and helpful since they are close to the casinos and guest come and go all times of the night. Was nice to have microwave and frig in the room.

It was in a great location and right off the Interstate, but set back far enough to that the traffic didn't make much noise.
The room smelled of mildew and there was some sort of soap scum over most of the floor.
