The attached restaurant was wonderful!
The room appeared to have gone through some renovations, but they stopped before the job was done.

Great attached hotel, friendly staff, and was very family friendly. My only complaint was about the room itself. It looked like they had recently updated the room, but left the job unfinished. There were still holes in the walls (I think from a removed entertainment center) and pencil markings on the walls. Not exactly what I would have liked to have seen after paying that price for the room. read more

Front desk and breakfast buffet staff was very friendly and helpful.
Some of the furniture needed updating. Heavy chlorine in the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay - it is attached to an excellent local steak house (Hereford House). The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and the facility was exceptionally clean and pleasant.

The people at the front desk were very good.
I had a problem with the room and they didn't even try to solve the problems.

I would not go here again.

Conveniently located to where I needed to go.
I don't think there should be a cost for a complimentary breakfast, the beds are too hard and pillows too soft, need additional sink

Overall, it was conveniently located.

This is a great place to stay and close to food and shopping within walking distance.

Carpet in my room nor very well vacuumed; found several fingernail clippings around the room from a prior guest

I liked the Hilton Garden Inn and would stay there again. Easy to get to from I-70. Rooms were nice with fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub.

The stay was excellent, didn't have enough of my own time to enjoy the weight room or pool and spa so maybe next time! It looked really inviting however.

The location was centrally located to all we needed.
nothing!

We found the hotel to exceed our expectations - just as we have found in the past. The star rating system is quite effective and was an accurate reflection of this hotel's quality. Great!
