This hotel has not been kept in top shape although it is in an excellent location. As we were not in the room much it was okay. I would not have liked to spend a lot of time in the room. Everyone was courteous, friendly, etc.

The Play ground area was wonderful. We all enjoyed it.
The only thing was our air condition leaked and the floor was wet.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the pool and play ground area was perfect for my 2yr old. My husband really enjoyed the hot tubs. Our sheets were changed everyday. We would leave in the morning to eat breakfast and when we would return our beds were made. I would definitely go through priceline again with this hotel. GREAT VACATION!

Toilet was broken and heat wouldn't come on promptly.

The front desk staff refused to help with the toilet and gave my aunt a plunger to fix it herself.

The place was very clean and comfortable.
The plug in by the bathroom didn't work - we didn't know till we went to use it but they are suppose to
fix it.

Great location, very nice and comfortable.
Bathroom.

When we drove up I was very impressed with the hotel's overall appearance.
My family and I had a great weekend get away. My grandson went back and forth between the two rooms. Thanks!
