Somewhat difficult exit to interstate 70.

Cheap and quiet.
Shower operated like an old man pissing.

We found the hotel to be a reasonable bargain for the price we paid for it. I had stayed at it 10 years ago for a business meeting and it doesn't seem to have changed at all since then. It is getting older and has some shortcomings. The shower was unacceptable, no in room refrigerator and no check out option on the interactive TV.

Room was filthy.

The room was filthy and aside from fresh sheets, was obviously not cleaned upon departure of the prior guest. There were food crumbs and lint on the carpet, and numerous pubic hairs in the sink, on the toilet and in the tub. The TV remote was left in a pile of food crumbs and missing one battery and the battery cover.

The price was good for all of the amenities.
The location was not the best with not much shopping close by. A free continental breakfast would be nice.

The hotel was very nice and designed to please. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and relaxing. The kids loved the elevators with window, the balcony and the swimming pool.

Nice room and good bed/mattress, good amenities.
Cleaning staff left a lot to be desired, room was pretty, clean when we checked in but second night was not cleaned well at all.

Rooms are nice, size and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. The cleaning staff did not meet our expectations. The second night the room had not been cleaned well at all.

For a quick get away retreat w/ the kids was great, could have more of a selection of kid friendly channels, was disappointed that there was not a free breakfast. We can stay @ the Drury cheaper w/ a free breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Was charged 50 cents for each local call. In a hotel of this star was very surprised of this.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the were very quick to correct a problem we had with our room. I had two 14 year old daughters with me and they loved the pool and computer area.

We found no negative matters.

We were very pleased at the time of check in to discover the hotel has a floor designated for quiet guests. This was perfect for our family as we are individuals who like to sleep in without hearing children running up and down the corridors. It lived up to its hype!
